Returns

After receiving the order, carefully check the delivery note to make sure that all the requested products are included. Otherwise, or if the package is damaged during transport, contact customer service immediately.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. The items must be returned intact, unused and unwashed, placed in the original packaging, with all labels attached and with internal protective lining.
The return of OWLX TRIBE products is your responsibility and will take place at your expense. Therefore, for your peace of mind we recommend that you turn to a reliable courier that offers you the possibility of tracking the package.
Once the return has been received and checked by OWLX TRIBE, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 10 business days to process your refund.
Follow these simple steps for a fast return:
  1. Include the items to be returned in one package.
  2. Take the package to your chosen courier and choose your preferred shipping method. We recommend that you keep your tracking information in case you need it.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING WITH PAYPAL:
If you paid for your order with PayPal, you can have the return costs refunded.
How does it work :
  1. Log in to your Paypal account, select the purchase you returned and click "Request a refund of return costs".
  2. Submit the return request form together with proof of your return within 30 days.
  3. If your request is approved, PayPal will send a refund of up to €30 to your account within 10 business days.
You can receive up to 12 refunds per person, per year, under PayPal's returns service. Only one refund is allowed per PayPal transaction.

WARRANTY
OWLX TRIBE products are subject to the current legal guarantee. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and does not apply to damage caused by abuse, neglect, improper repairs, misuse, modifications and alterations, or to use other than as intended. OWLX TRIBE offers no other express or implied warranties. OWLX TRIBE is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
