After receiving the order, carefully check the delivery note to make sure that all the required products are there. If this is not the case, or if the package is damaged in transit, contact customer service immediately.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can return the order and get a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned intact, unused and unwashed, placed in the original packaging, with all labels attached and with a protective inner lining.
By returning the entire order, OWLX TRIBE will also refund the shipping costs of the original order.
